Meet Shannon Kneisler
LPGA Class A Professional
Shannon Kneisler – an LPGA Class A instructor and former tour player – will lead the series with her expert guidance.
Shannon Kneisler is a Class A LPGA Golf Professional with over 15 years of teaching experience, having coached golfers around the world. She played NCAA Division I college golf and even went on to compete on the LPGA Tour, so she knows what it takes to elevate one’s game. You may have seen her tips and insights on the Golf Channel or Fox Sports, as Shannon has been featured for her golf expertise on major media platforms. As an instructor, she specializes in helping each golfer find their swing: her approach centers on fundamentals tailored to your body’s natural form so you can swing comfortably and effectively. This personalized method often leads to quick improvements – in fact, many of Shannon’s students have shaved about 2 strokes off their scores within just a few weeks of learning their natural swing. Shannon loves working with newer and casual players, and finds it rewarding to help golfers of all ages and backgrounds discover their unique swing and start playing better. With Shannon leading the series, you’ll be in the hands of a passionate coach who knows how to make golf both improving and enjoyable for everyone.
Who Should Join?
Beginners through Intermediates who want to play better golf in a supportive setting. This series is ideal for golfers who have some basic experience with the game – you might have been playing for a few months or even years, but still consider yourself a beginner or intermediate in terms of score and consistency. (In other words, you don’t have to be good – that’s why you’re here! – but you should at least know the basics of swinging and have played a bit.) If you’ve never had a lesson before or have struggled to improve on your own, this is the perfect opportunity to get professional guidance. Even if you’ve been golfing for a long time without seeing lower scores, you’ll fit right in – many people play for years without ever finding their groove, and this series is designed to change that. We just ask that you’re not a complete first-timer who has literally never swung a club; beyond that, all are welcome. No matter your age or background, if you’re eager to learn and improve, this series is for you.
What to Expect From The Series
Expert Coaching & Tips: Each session is led by Shannon Kneisler, who will provide instruction, demonstrations, and one-on-one tips. You’ll learn proper fundamentals, course management on par-3 holes, and swing tweaks tailored to your physique and skill level (so your swing works with your body, not against it). Expect a supportive coaching style that builds your confidence and skills each week.
Par-3 Challenge Format: At the start of the series, every player will play a round on a Par-3 course (using the indoor simulators) to establish a baseline score. Over the following sessions, you’ll practice and play additional Par-3 rounds with guidance, aiming to beat your own performance. In the final session, you’ll take on the same course again to see how much you’ve improved. It’s not about who shoots the lowest score overall – it’s about who makes the greatest improvement! This format levels the playing field and keeps the focus on personal progress.
Friendly Competition & Prizes: While the tone is casual and fun, a little competition adds excitement. Track your improvement each week and compare with fellow participants. The most improved player at the end of the series wins a $250 gift card to the PGA Tour Superstore (enough for a new club, gear, or plenty of golf balls!). We’ll also celebrate everyone’s progress – think bragging rights, maybe some small runner-up prizes, and group camaraderie.
Indoor Golf at All Seasons: You’ll be playing at All Seasons Indoor Golf Club, which features five premium golf simulator bays with high-end swing analytics and realistic course play. No worries about weather or heat – the facility is climate-controlled and open year-round. The simulators provide instant feedback on your shots (distance, ball flight, club data, etc.), so you can immediately see the effect of Shannon’s tips on your game. Plus, you can virtually play over 1,000 courses (including Kansas City local favorites) on the simulators, making practice both effective and entertaining.
Professional yet Laid-Back Atmosphere: The vibe of this series is professional, fun, and casual all at once. You’ll get quality instruction from a pro, but in a relaxed clubhouse setting – no stuffy clinic or intense bootcamp feel. All Seasons has a welcoming lounge-like environment (BYOB-friendly for those who want to bring a drink and make an evening of it), so you can enjoy the social side of golf too. We encourage participants to chat, share tips, and cheer each other on. It’s a great way to meet other golf enthusiasts in the area while improving together.

Set-Up & Aim:
Build Your Launchpad
Grip • Posture • Stance • Club-face Aim • Body Alignment
Shannon merges fundamentals and aim into one hands-on workshop. Strip everything back to the basics—without touching club-face mechanics yet. Face First:
Control & Pure Contact
Before backswing mechanics, you’ll master club-face awareness: grip-pressure tuning, handle angle, and “quiet-hand” drills that keep the face square through impact. Expect impact-tape tests and slow-motion contact work so you feel (and see) the difference when the face is truly controlling the ball. Face control is “king.” Once hands & forearms know how to deliver a square face, every future move—backswing, release, short-game—adds value instead of chaos.

Building a Solid Backswing
Shoulder Turn • Hip Depth • Arm Structure • Tempo Drills
Discover how to “load” power without losing balance. Shannon’s favorite feel cues and slow-motion replay help you find the top of the swing that fits your body. A connected, on-plane backswing sets the stage for crisp, center-face contact—key for holding small Par-3 greens. A sound backswing plus face control = center-face contact on command, ideal for pin-seeking Par 3 shots.
